Growing up in Germany and spending much time in France, I came to cherish the long, unhurried meals shared with family and friends. We'd linger at the table for hours — savoring good food, good wine, and the kind of conversations that only happen when no one is in a rush. Dinner wasn't a means to an end. It was the experience itself.
With Social Supper, I wanted to bring that spirit to life.
Fondue, pierrade, and raclette occupy a rare place in the culinary world: they don't just feed people — they gather them. By their very nature, these meals demand that you slow down, stay a while, and engage with the people around you.
